Using Cloud Services for Effective Communication and Collaboration
September 24 @ 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
How many times have you found yourself losing track of multiple copies of the same document, or worse, not being able to find the attachment you need?
Luckily, there are many tools out there that allow you to share documents, spreadsheets, drawings, and so much more.
In this collaborative demonstration, Dan Kolecki will show how multiple people can work on the same project in real time even if they are both on opposite sides of the globe. Take the mystery out of “the cloud” and learn how to share all kinds of files with ease. Additionally, learn how to do this all securely, so that your files are safe on the cloud.
Be ready to participate and win some prizes.
Speaker Dan Kolecki is manager of operations for QuickFix, and is part of a team that provides IT and Web infrastructure and support to small and medium business, as well as home users.
He oversees the day to day operations of QuickFix and is also the primary Project Manager, working closely with QuickFix’s CEO, Bryant, and the rest of the team to ensure that every computer, service, network infrastructure, and website is properly setup so when they’re deployed and live, your tech and web just work, and you can focus on running your business.
Dan has an M.S. Ed. in Community Counseling and previously worked in administrative roles in mental health services giving him an even greater understanding of the need for strong communication and use of tools that make collaboration within and across teams as easy and efficient as possible.
